7-day money-back guarantee

If a paid plan doesn't work for you, request a refund within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method (or to your bank account for transfers) within 5–10 business days.

After 7 days

Payments are non-refundable after 7 days, but your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice or charged for a payment that didn't activate your plan, contact us and we'll fix it or refund it immediately.

How to request

Email billing@shelfscout.app with your order reference (it starts with SS-). When a refund is issued, the access it paid for ends.
