Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the ShelfScout browser extension and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

ShelfScout provides research tools for sellers on Daraz marketplaces. Figures shown are derived from publicly visible marketplace pages; values labelled "Est." are estimates and may differ from actual sales. ShelfScout is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Daraz or Alibaba Group.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password and license keys confidential.
• Plans include a limited number of connected browsers. Sharing an account outside these limits is not permitted.
• We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or attempts to bypass plan limits or security controls.

Plans and payments

• Paid plans are prepaid for the period purchased (1, 3 or 12 months) and do not renew automatically unless you choose a renewing payment method.
• Renewals start when your current period ends; upgrades start immediately.
• Bank transfers may receive temporary provisional access while we verify payment. Access is withdrawn if a payment cannot be verified.
• Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable fees unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to overload Daraz or any website, to resell our data, or to reverse engineer, tamper with or circumvent the extension's licensing. Automated requests made by the Service are rate-limited and initiated by you.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". Business decisions remain your responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.
